page \*- flexible pagination of output

.sh DESCRIPTION
.it page
reads from its input, breaking on 22 line pages.
If no files are given then the standard
input is read.
Between pages it reads a carriage return
from the terminal in no echo. If delete is hit while printing
a file, then
.it page
silently expires.
The page-length can be set with the \fB-\fR flag.
