message \*- print a message in large letters

.it Message
constructs a message on standard output, using
a large character set (each of size 12 x 12 chars.).
Font size allows five lines per page, eleven characters per line.
The message may appear as arguments to the command
(on the same line),
or may be entered on separate lines after the command.
If entered as arguments to the command,
each argument is printed out
on a separate line.
To print out two or more words on the one line in this case,
the words must be escaped with `"'.
