xlib - extract modules from Interdata object library
.sh SYNOPSIS
xlib libfile directory
.sh DESCRIPTION
Extracts programs from file
.it libfile,
which must be an Interdata OS object library,
and copies them into the specified directory.

For each binary label
.it xxx
encountered in the library,
.it xlib
creates a file
.it xxx.obj
containing all input records up to the next binary label
or EOF.
